An ISO9001:2015 Organization

Quality control is the backbone of any good manufacturing firm. Our quality control lab possesses over a quarter million dollars of calibrated precision measuring equipment. We can measure accurately to fifty millionths of an inch up to eighteen inches and accurately to one ten-thousandth of an inch up to forty-eight inches. We have over two thousand pin gages and hundreds of thread gages. Our calibration system in two-tiered and all standards are traceable to the NIST.

Our quality system conforms to ISO 9001:2015 and meets Mil-I-45208. We have passed over ten years of third-party ISO audits with zero non-conformances. We have also successfully passed dozens of on-site government audits and even several commercial audits.

Our ABVM and ABVS scores were always above 99. Currently PPIRS is not issuing numeric ratings.
