Our 24,000 square foot facility includes a full sheet metal shop as well as a large CNC shop. We can bend or burn up to 3/16" materials. We can turn up to 24" diameter and mill up to 52" long parts. Our machines and grinders can hold up to 50 millionths of an inch. Our massive collection of tools, fixtures, dies, and programs often means we can save you money on set-up and/or tooling. We proudly own Haas (made in the USA) CNC mills and lathes.

We are on the approved QSLM (qualified suppliers list of manufacturers) for both machine gun parts as well as critical fasteners for the United States Government. We have passed hundreds of Government FATs (first article tests) which allows us to supply many critical items with shorter deliveries. We also have numerous proprietary part numbers that we supply to our military.

We have relationships with over three hundred sub-contractors across the country that can assist us with processes like painting, plating, and non-destructive testing.

We can procure castings or forgings and machine them to your requirements. We specialize in spur gears, gear racks, and gear sets. We will manufacture as few as one piece.
